The Charihandra thatched Bush Camp and Chalets have a rustic finish, which adds to the true Bush veld atmosphere. The chalets are equipped with electricity and the comforts of home. The thatched Bush camp and Chalets provide guests with privacy whilst being within 100m of the main lapa and boma.

Charihandra Game Lodge is central to all of the Addo attractions and activities. After an exciting in-house game drive through the Addo Elephant National Park, relax, reflect and recharge in the large bird filled garden, take a stroll around the walking trails or relax alongside the lovely swimming pool with a favourite novel. Each Chalet has its own fire pit and braai facility, perfect for the starlit Addo evenings.

The conference facilities offer you the opportunity to conduct your business in the serenity of a game sanctuary, providing a welcome relief from the corporate environment, ideal for team building and think tanks. The fully equipped conference room, private function or wedding venue can accommodate up to 40 delegates, or guests.

The large poolside garden is the ideal place to relax while soaking up the sunshine or enjoying a sundown cocktail amongst friends. The thatched boma is equipped with braai (BBQ) facilities for large group al fresco entertainment requirements. African Cuisine is served either in the main Lapa next to the swimming pool with its view of the African bush, or in the Boma, besides crackling fires, where guests may experience the sounds of the African night. The entertainment centre offers pool table, table tennis, jungle gym and dart board.
