Terms & Conditions
DAMAGE / LOSS / DEATH:
Charihandra Game Lodge does not accept responsibility arising from a visit caused by:
·Death, illness or injury suffered by any person
·Theft / loss / damage to property, whether it was due to the negligence of the employees / owners / management or arising from the use of the available facilities or from the defect in any utensil / equipment / service.
·Any other service made available or from any liquid / food supplied.
·Any other matter arising, in any other manner and from any other cause whatsoever.
BOOKING FEES:
Right of admission is reserved. Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of the full payment or a 50% deposit of the total payable amount. If a deposit is paid, the rest of the outstanding amount must be paid upon arrival at the Game Lodge. Proof of payment is required before or on the day of arrival.
BOOKING CANCELLATION:
·Bookings cancelled 14 days or more in advance of arrival date will be refunded.
·Bookings cancelled 13 days or less in advance of the arrival date will not be refunded.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
·Credit card facilities are available.
·Travellers cheques will be accepted
·Cash payments
·Internet payments
